Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.9 of 2023, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.1336 of 2025.
