Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 1119 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal against the order in MCOP.No.208 of 2016 dated 14.11.2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri [IN CMP No.7051 of 2021 ] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.PREMNATH, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1119 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.Though notice was served on the respondents privately and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him either in person or through counsel. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1119 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the 'Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
