Despite service, the respondent/husband has not chosen to appear in person or through counsel duly instructed.

2. The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of O.P.No.2886 of 2019 on the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai to the District Court, Kancheepuram.

3. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife. The wife and the minor are resident of Uthiramerur in Kancheepuram District. The husband is a resident of Guindy in Chennai. The transfer is sought for to the District Court, Kancheepuram. The parties need not appear for the proceedings in the District Court and the transfer will not cause much inconvenience to the husband.

4. Considering the convenience of the petitioner/mother as well as the minor, O.P.No.2886 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the District Court, Kancheepuram to be disposed of in accordance with law. The Transfer CMP is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
