O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry on the case registered in Crime No.1506 of 2018 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 2nd respondent conducted the enquiry in Crime No.1506 of 2018 and altered the offence into 304 and 316 of IPC as against the accused persons. Therefore, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in Crime No.1506 of 2018 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
