Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P No.24412/2021 dated 15.12.2021 on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crime No.325/2021 on the file of the respondent police station.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24412 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
