Learned counsel for the plaintiff is not pressing O.A.No.288 of 2023 and A.No.2770 of 2023 and would submit that the plaintiff is reserving his right to raise all the contentions in the main suit.

2.Accordingly, O.A.No.288 of 2023 and A.No.2007 of 2023 are dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty is granted for the applicant/plaintiff to raise all his contentions that have been raised in O.A.No.288 of 2023 and A.No.2007 of 2023 in the main suit.

3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff would also submit that the plaintiff will be filing an application seeking for reception of additional documents. The said submission is recorded.
