This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order issued by this Court on 04.06.2015 in Crl.OP.No.11259 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was called, Mr.C.Rajarana Veeran, Inspector of Police, Magudanchavadi Police Station, Salem District, is present.

4. It is reported that pursuant to the order dated 04.06.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11259 of 2015, the petitioner gave a complaint to the Inspector of Police, Rasipuram Police Station and the complaint has been forwarded to the Economic Offences Wing, Namakkal on 15.07.2015 for enquiry.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
