The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.02.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.20(b) of NDPS Act 1985 and Section 77 of JJ Act 2015 in Crime No. 38 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already released on bail on the own bond of Superintendent of concerned prison.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if necessary.
