Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioners seek for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider their representation dated 04.02.2019, wherein and whereby, they sought for registration of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

document presented by them, which was given pending Document No.369 of 2018.

3. The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that the 3rd respondent has not either registered the document or returned the same with check slip so far.

4. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioners have made their request/representation on 04.02.2019. Therefore, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law without loss of further time. Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of, only by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
