ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.506 of 2016 dated 25.08.2016 on the file of the first respondent under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 307 of IPC., r/w Section 3(1) of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, as against the petitioners.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.506 of 2016 and a final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pallipattu.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
