O R D E R

On 09.08.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no instruction from the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to be listed on 10.08.2016 under the caption "for dismissal", and directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Even today, i.e, 10.08.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through any counsel and the revision was posted under the caption "for dismissal", the name of the petitioner was also printed in the cause list. Therefore, the criminal revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
