Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in i.e., that the petitioner Stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.5038 of 2022 dated 16.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.Y.DEVA ARUL PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.5038 of 2022 dated 16.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer daily in a week instead of Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily is modified to the effect that he shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
