ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent relating to refusal of registration vide SL.No.RFL/1, dated 31.12.2018, quash the same and consequentially direct the second respondent to admit, register and release the settlement deed dated 31.12.2018 executed by the petitioner in favour of his wife, Smt.Suriyavarshini in respect of Site No.H, measuring about 7215, sq.feet comprised in Survey No 132 and 137, T.S.No.17/7/3 of Thottipalayam village, Tirupur taluk and district within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
