ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) order 1982 r/w 7(1) (a) (ii) of Essential Commodities Act, in Crime No.80 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the fourth anticipatory bail application and there is no change in fact situation, warranting the grant of relief. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
