This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 5th
respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No. 5751/A4/12 dated 07.11.2012 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to continue to pay the Selection Grade Scale of Pay of the petitioner in the pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay 5400, with notional effect from 01.01.2006 and monetary benefit from 01.01.2011 as fixed in the proceedings of the 6th respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No. ----/11-12 dated --.08.2011 with all benefits.

ORDER
The petitioners have filed these Writ Petitions seeking for quashment of Proceedings Na.Ka.Nos. 1886/A6/12 dated 05.09.2012 & 5751/A4/12 dated 07.11.2012 and to issue a consequential direction to the respondents to continue Selection Grade Scale of Pay of the petitioners in the pay band of Rs.1560039100 + Grade Pay 5400, with notional effects, monetary benefits and other
consequential benefits.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that recovery sought to be made by way of impugned orders cannot withstand judicial scrutiny, since several judgments were already passed finding that such orders of recovery cannot be made.
3. The Government Advocate appearing for the respondents does not dispute the same.
4. Recording the said submission, these Writ Petitions are allowed by quashing Proceedings Na.Ka.Nos. 1886/A6/12 dated 05.09.2012 & 5751/A4/12 dated 07.11.2012, the impugned orders of recovery. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. K.SURENDER, J.
