ORDER

(Made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The father of one D.Velmurugan (detenu) has approached this Court seeking his production before this Court.

2. The detenu is produced today. He is aged 32 years and has left his home voluntarily on account of a romantic relationship with a lady, that the family frowns upon.

3. Insofar as he is a major and has left his home voluntarily, there is no further cause made out to maintain this petition.

4. Recording the aforesaid, this habeas corpus petition is closed. No costs.
