These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2715 days in seeking the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent, namely P.Ramasamy, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 has no serious objection to allow the petitions.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.
