This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR against Yuvaraj and Sathishkumar on the basis of complaint dated 12.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the dispute essentially appears to be between tenant and landlord. It is alleged by the petitioner that his tenant who is running a hotel in the premises is not closing the hotel at 10.00 clock. The case is civil in nature and no positive directions can be given to the respondent police to register the case and the petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
