Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records sequel to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings No.Na.Ka.En.A3/989/2016, dated 30.03.2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in foundation training commenced on 30.03.2016 and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take suitable action against the 5th respondent for not relieving the petitioner in time and award exemplary compensation to the petitioner.
