CMP.Nos.14973 & 14975 of 2019 in SA.No.1929 of 1999 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., The above civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the third appellant/Venkataramani and to bring on record the petitioners 16 to 19 herein, as appellants 16 to 19 in the above Second appeal as they are legal heirs of the third appellant/Venkataramani in time.

2.The factum of the death of the third appellant and the proposed legal heirs are LR's of the deceased are not in dispute, hence, the above two civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed.

Post the matter after two weeks.
