This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that earlier complaint was given for the same cause of action by the petitioner and enquiry was conducted. Not satisfied with the enquiry, the petitioner approached The State Human Rights https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Commission but has made allegations against the Human Rights Commission also. Thereafter, the petitioner has again filed a fresh complaint.
