Nallammal v. Soundararajan

C.M.P.No.6212 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.77148 of 2008 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., By order dated 28.01.2010, the S.A.Sr.No.77148 of 2008 was struck off for non compliance. Subsequently, C.M.P.No.2 of 2015 was filed for condoning the delay in filing application to restore the S.A.Sr.No.77148 of 2008 and the same was ordered on 24.04.2017 and this application is to restore the second appeal in S.A.Sr.No.77148 of 2008.

2. In the interest of justice, this petition is allowed.
