This petition has been filed seeking police protection to the petitioner for fencing and measuring the land belongs to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to filing of this petition, the 3rd respondent Police have considered the request made by the petitioner and provided police protection to the petitioner and his land was also surveyed.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
