The instant writ petition is filed challenging the TNPSC Notification dated 12.10.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though they 1/3

have challenged a certain portion of the Notification, at this length of time no fruitful purpose would be served in prosecuting the matter. 3.In view of the above fair submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to close this writ petition. 4.In the result, this writ petition stands closed. However, this order will not be a bar for the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue in his position, subject to their rules and regulations.
