These petitions have been filed by the petitioner to set aside the abatement of the appeal against the deceased Kumuthini and to bring on record

the proposed respondents Nos.2 to 4 as the legal heirs of the deceased Kumuthini in the above said appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the petitions are allowed. Necessary amendments shall be carried out.

4.Post the matter after four weeks.
