Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner co-operates with the police and after conducting the enquiry, the case will be registered. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the petitioner will co-operate with the police. 4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposed of by directing the petitioner to co-operate with the police in conducting enquiry in respect of the petition given by the petitioner and the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and if any cognizable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
