This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.5.2015, investigate the same and to file a final report. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint lodged by one Amudha against the petitioner, a case in Crime No.101 of 2015 under sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC has been registered. Whileso, petitioner has sent the present complaint dated 19.5.2015 by post, against the husband of the said Amudha and others, alleging that they have damaged his motor cycle. 4.

Under such circumstances, petitioner is directed to make a fresh complaint to the second respondent in person and on making such complaint, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
