2. There shall be an order of stay of further proceedings of the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2020 in A.S.No.9 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Puducherry, confirming the decree and judgment dated 11.07.2016 in O.S.No.1401 of 1986 on the file of I Additional District Munsif, Puducherry, till the disposal of the Second Appeal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The Registry is directed to get records from the lower Court before the the next date of hearing and place the same before this Court on. Post the Second Appeal on 06.09.2021 for final hearing.
