JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This intra-Court appeal has been directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 20.08.2024 made in W.P.No.8666 of
2023.
2. By the said order, the learned Writ Court has given the following conclusion:- "17. In the light of the above discussion, the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Oo.Moo.No.3881/Aa3/2021 dated 11.10.2021 is hereby quashed. There shall be a direction to the first respondent to step up the pay of the petitioner on par with the junior A.Gurumoorthy and pay the monetary benefits to the petitioner. This process shall be completed by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
18. In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed."

Though the present appeal has been filed against the said order, today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader for the appellant would submit that, during the pendency of numbering of this writ appeal, the order passed by the Writ Court, which is impugned herein, has been complied with and in support of his contentions, he has produced a copy of the order/proceedings issued by the District Education Officer dated 10.03.2025, where, the pay of the respondent/writ petitioner has been stepped up.
4. In view of the said compliance having been made, which shows that the respondent/writ petitioner having accepted the order/proceedings dated 10.03.2025, we do not have any reason to show any further indulgence in adjudicating the matter in the present appeal.
5. In that view of the matter, this appeal is liable to be dismissed and accordingly, it is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.no.303096 of 2025 is closed.
