This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 1122 of 2017 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent police officer, to complete the investigation and file a final report before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the charge sheet in C.C. No. 1304 of 2024 has been filed on 28.11.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Coimbatore. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No. 1122 of 2017.
