No.2969/P2/2011 dated 10.09.2012, and quash the same and direct the respondent to refund the petitioner's security deposit of Rs.5,00,000/- and additional security deposit of Rs.2,73,000/-.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication since the tender period itself was over. However, he sought liberty to the petitioner company to approach the respondent for refund of security deposit already made by them, for which the learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection. 2.Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for both sides, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

granting liberty to the petitioner company to approach the respondent authority with regard to the refund of security deposit already made by them by way of appropriate representation. It is needless to state that on receipt of such representation, the respondent authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
