When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file appropriate petition before the authority concerned. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

2. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek pardon or any other relief before the higher authorities by filing necessary application.
