ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to forbear the third respondent from discharging drains and sewage in front of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, and take appropriate action for proper construction of drainage to drain the sewage water, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a passage of drain and sewage in front of his property. Therefore, he has given a representation dated 01.12.2025 to the respondents to take appropriate action for proper construction of drainage to drain the sewage water. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.M.Shajahan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2; and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ
petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025 seeking to forbear the third respondent from discharging the drains and sewage water in front of his property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by him, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs. W.M.P.No.9870 of 2026 is closed.
