Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the concerned records of the 1st respondent and to quash the notice dated 18.01.2010 issued by the 1st respondent under Form 6 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to take the petition dated 07.04.2008 filed by the petitioners to set aside the exparte judgment and decree dated 31.01.2008 passed in ARC No.1491 of 2004-2005 and decide the same on its merits and in accordance with law.
