The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.06.2013 passed in WP.No.13531 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.06.2013 has been complied with.
