8480/2019) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.PALANIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.V.DINESH RAJA FOR RESPONDENT 1 AND MR.A.PRAKASH FOR RESPONDENT 2 AND 3 the court made the following order:- It is seen from the records that the interim stay was granted by this Court on 04.04.2019 and the same extended from time to time till 14.02.2020.

Today it is listed under the caption 'For Extension of Stay'. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel for the parties concerned, the interim stay already granted by this Court is made absolute.

Registry is directed to list the CRP for final disposal in the 2nd week of April'2020.
