This petition has been filed to extend the time by eight weeks for compliance of the common order dated 07.01.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.173, 176, 180, 183 and 187 of 2019.
2. Heard both sides.
3.This Court by an order dated 07.01.2019, disposed of the above said petitions as follows:
"5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Tiruvallur and deposit 20% of the cheque amount, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the mean time, the order passed by the Court below dated 18.12.2018 shall be kept in abeyance. If the petitioner fails to comply with the order passed by this Court, the order dated 18.12.2018 passed by the Court below shall immediately come into force. If the petitioner complies with the order passed by this Court, the order of the Court below dated 18.12.2018 shall stand set aside and thereafter, the petitioner has to pursue further with the appeal in accordance with law."

Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner deposited 20% of cheque amount in two petitions and for the remaining petitions he could not able to mobilise the fund and hence he filed the present extension petition. He further submitted that the petitioner undertakes to pay the remaining amount and hence he prayed to allow this petition. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and a further period of six weeks time is extended for the compliance of the common order dated 07.01.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.173, 176, 180, 183 and 187 of 2019, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
