This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the 2nd respondent to preserve the CCTV footage recorded on 06.03.2024 between 9.00 AM and 12.00 PM at the Walajapet Court complex.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. 3.But however, on behalf of the respondents, it is stated that a requisition has been forwarded to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, to preserve the CCTV footage recorded between 9 AM and 12 PM on 06.03.2023 at Walajapet Court complex.
