CMA.No.1047 of 2006. " The respondent consents to the decree for restitution being reversed and the above CMA.No.1047 of 2006 being allowed, pursuant to a full and final settlement of permanent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

alimony of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakhs only) being given in the form of a demand draft No.768420 dated 04.02.2017 drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad. The receipt of which this respondent acknowledges."

CMA.No.1048 of 2006 " The respondent is consenting to a decree for divorce being granted in favour of the appellant pursuant to full and final settlement of permanent alimony of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees eight lakhs) being given in the form of demand draft No.768420 dated 04.02.2017 drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad. The receipt of which this respondent acknowledges." 2.

In view of the above endorsements, both the appeals are allowed. There will be a decree for divorce in FCOP.No.156 of 2002 on the file of Family Court, Salem and the F.C.O.P.No.14 of 2001 on the file of Family Court, Salem will stand dismissed. No costs.
