PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned tender notification dated 23.02.2024 vide Ref. No.199/A3/2024 issued by the 3rd Respondent and also the impugned order of Rejection of Award of Contract dated 05.03.2024 for bid No.953431 issued by the 3rd Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to proceed with the Letter of Acceptance dated 14.02.2024 vide Na.Ka. No42/ A3/ 2024 issued to the petitioner by affording a reasonable time for production of requisite documents as sought for in the Letter of Acceptance by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2024 and to grant Award of Contract to the petitioner who is a H2 bidder with a time frame stipulated by this Court.
