This petition is filed to condone the delay of 452 days in preferring the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 452 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) each to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand rejected automatically, without further reference to this Court. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period.
