Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to implement the order dated 31.05.2010 on the file of the 3rd respondent and grant permanent status to the petitioner and bring the petitioner into the time scale of pay including the disbursement of all allowance and arrears from the date of his appointment i.e., 10.12.2005. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first and second respondents to implement the order dated 31.05.2010 on the file of the 3rd respondent and grant permanent status to the petitioner and bring the petitioner into the time scale of pay including the disbursement of all allowance and arrears from the date of his appointment i.e., 10.12.2005. 2/4

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the 1st and 2nd respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.357 of 2012 and W.A.No.897 of 2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
