Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 70/71 to punish the respondent for having committed the contempt of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.34828 of 2015 dated 30.10.2015. Alleging that the order passed by this Court dated 30.10.2015 in W.P.No.34828 of 2015 has been disobeyed, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the present contempt petition is filed.
2. A perusal of the proceedings dated 20.07.2016 would show that the request of the petitioner was stated to be not feasible for consideration since no classification has been made. If the petitioner is of the view that the said order is not factually or legally correct, the only option open to her is to challenge the same in the manner known to law. This Court does not find any willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order of this Court since the contemnor was directed to pass appropriate orders, which has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed with the above said liberty.
