This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Inspector of Police, Royapuram Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, before the respondent police until further orders by order dated 12.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
