This application has been filed to amend the P.R.C.No.94 of 2021 instead of P.R.C.No.53 of n2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and also Section of Law as 147, 148,149,120(B), 307, 302 and 109 of IPC and in Section 3(a), 4(a), 4(b)(i) and 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 instead of Section 4(b)(i) and 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 r/w. 109 of Indian Penal Code, in Crl.OP.No.4485 of 2023 vide order dated 27.02.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.OP.No.

4485 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
