ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for direction to direct the respondent herein to give police protection to her life and limb on the basis of her representation dated 16.03.2019.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that there is dispute between the petitioner and the counter part. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondent police seeking for police protection. Since the same was not considered, hence, the present petition is filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on her complaint with the counter part after giving opportunities and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
