Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that agreements have been entered into inter se parties within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and the payment has also been made within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
