This petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the case in Crime No.907 of 2014 to the 5th respondent, who shall depute an Inspector to conduct the investigation in accordance with law.

When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the charge sheet has been filed under Sections 279, 338, 304(A) of I.P.C., before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Maduranthagam and the same has been taken on file in in C.C.No.88 of 2016.
