This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.20132 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24844 of 2022 dated 04.01.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.20132 of in Crl.O.P.No.24844 of 2022 dated 04.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
