This Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 25.03.2021 and delivered on 30.03.2021, to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the name of enquiry/investigation based on a false and bogus complaint given by M/s.Sairam Agencies. O R D E R

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 25.03.2021 and delivered on 30.03.2021 and also to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the name of enquiry/investigation based on a false and bogus complaint given by M/s.Sairam Agencies.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. It is seen from the record that on 20.03.2021, the second respondent issued summons to the petitioners calling upon https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

them to appear before him for enquiry on 24.03.2021 at 5.00 p.m in connection with the complaint given by one M/s.Sairam Agencies functioning at Jayam Nagar, Uruvaiyaar.

4. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that enquiry into the complaint given by the said M/s.Sairam Agencies against the petitioners is pending.

5. In view of the submission made by the respondents' counsel, the petitioners are directed to extend their cooperation for conduct of the enquiry by the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and to proceed further in accordance with law.
